Consolidation

You will be able to buy in different stores in the USA and group several packages in a single shipment (a single box), in order to minimize the cost of transportation, and have the possibility of exempting nationalization taxes.

Storage

Shipments may remain in our warehouse for 30 days free of charge, after this time and for up to 30 days there will be a storage charge according to the table below, if after 60 days of receipt of the package without payment and without notification of dispatch by the customer the goods will be declared abandoned and will be discarded.

Taxes

Shipments whose value is equal to or less than two hundred dollars of the United States of America (US$200) without including delivery costs, will not be subject to the payment of taxes.
In case of exceeding USD $200, if the client wishes, we advise him for the payment of taxes, which is approximately 22% of the value of the load.

Conditions for shipments to Peru

Terms and conditions

  • For now, the departure of the shipment, from our main warehouse (Doral), takes place on Thursdays (once a week).
  • A photocopy, on both sides, of the DNI (national identity document) of the Recipient must be requested and sent to the email: training@servientrega.us
  • Foreign citizens residing in Peru (recipient), must present a valid Immigration Card or Passport (no other document will be accepted).
  • In the kiwi, a detailed description of the items must be made, indicating the brand, model, quantity and unit value.
  • The Total Declared Value will result from the sum of the declared unit values.
  • Customer can only receive 3 shipments per year (as a natural person)
  • Client with RUC number can receive unlimited shipments.
  • Maximum four (04) units of the same items.
  • Cosmetics and creams, only 04 units per shipment, without exceeding 12 units per year.
  • Toys maximum 07 units per shipment.
  • All items submitted must be NEW, no exceptions.

Delivery time

From USA to Peru between 5 and 10 business days after presenting international departure.

Destinations

All Lima and cities where Servientrega Peru has coverage, for remote destinations there may be an additional charge. In this case, Servientrega Peru will contact the recipient to coordinate delivery and charge.

Restrictions on shipments to Peru

  •  Used items of any kind.
  •  Vitamin supplements, vitamins, dietary products and medicines of any kind.
  • Cell phones.
  • Used vehicle parts.
  • Electronic equipment with WIFI connection.
  • Thermometers, oximeters, glucose meters.
  • Wireless electronic items.
  • The Peruvian customs can verify the shipments and their content, can revalue the declared value (readjustment), this happens very rarely. Servientrega is oblivious to this novelty, but it will be informed in a timely manner, where the guide was generated.
