Additional charges


You can buy from different stores in the USA or from anywhere in the world and group several packages in a single shipment (a single box) in order to minimize the cost of transportation and have the possibility of being exempt from nationalization taxes. $5 USD will be charged if a consolidation has more than 5 WH (warehouse receipts) per consolidation.


Remove labels, consolidate, and return. These will have a charge depending on the units of the order, weight/volume and packaging material used. An additional fee of $10 USD will be charged for detailed merchandise divisions and/or special requirements.


Shipments may rest in our warehouse for 30 days for free, after this time and for up to 30 more days, they will have a storage charge of $10 for the entire month if they go 60 days without payment or dispatch notification. The merchandise will be declared abandoned and discarded by the client.

Shipments whose value is equal to or less than two hundred United States Dollars (US$200) excluding delivery charges are not subject to duty.

In case of exceeding USD $200, if the customer wishes, we will advise him for the payment of taxes, which is approximately 22% of the value of the cargo.

Conditions for shipments to Peru


  • For the time being, shipments depart from our main warehouse (Doral) twice a week.
  • A photocopy, on both sides, of the DNI (national identity card) of the consignee must be requested and sent to the following e-mail:
  • Foreign citizens resident in Peru (addressee) must present a valid Foreigners' Identity Card or Passport (no other document will be accepted).
  • The Total Declared Value will result from the sum of the declared unit values.
  • Customers can only receive 3 shipments per year (as a natural person).
  • Customers with RUC numbers can receive unlimited shipments.
  • Maximum 4 units of the same items.
  • Cosmetics and creams only 4 units per shipment, without exceeding 12 units per year.
  • Toys maximum 7 units per shipment.
  • All items shipped must be NEW, without exception.

From Miami to Peru 8 to 12 working days after filing international departure.


All of Lima and cities where Servientrega Peru has coverage, for remote destinations there may be an additional charge. In this case, Servientrega Peru will contact the recipient to coordinate delivery and charge.

Restrictions on shipments to Peru

  • Used goods of any kind.
  • Vitamin supplements, vitamins, dietary products and medicines of any kind.
  • Cellular phones.
  • Used vehicle parts.
  • Electronic equipment with WIFI connection.
  • Thermometers, Oximeters, glucose meters.
  • Wireless electronic items.
  • Peruvian customs may verify shipments and their contents, may revalue the declared value (readjustment), this happens very rarely.
  • Servientrega is not aware of this, but will inform in a timely manner, where the waybill was generated.
